By creating a SkillSeed account you agree to these terms. SkillSeed is operated by Rudimentech Co., Ltd. This is an MVP summary for product development — replace with counsel-reviewed terms before commercial launch.

Service

SkillSeed provides parent tools to organize learning topics, generate AI practice, track mastery, and reward children. Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Accounts

You must be a parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you enter. You are responsible for account security and for how rewards are fulfilled offline.

Acceptable use

• No abuse of AI generation beyond fair use / quota
• No attempts to access other families' data
• No illegal or harmful content in custom materials

AI content

Generated questions may be imperfect. Parents should preview when possible. SkillSeed is not a substitute for professional teaching or assessment.

Billing

Paid plans and top-ups are charged via 2C2P (PromptPay and cards). Payment confirmation comes from the processor; entitlements update after a verified server notification. Contact support for billing disputes.
