Privacy Policy & PDPA
SkillSeed processes children's learning data only with parental consent. This page is a product-facing summary for the SkillSeed MVP — not legal advice. Finalize with counsel before charging customers.
Who we are
SkillSeed is operated by Rudimentech Co., Ltd. It helps parents track and deliver practice (quizzes, matching, flashcards) for children, including optional delivery via LINE.
Data we collect
- Parent account: email, name, password hash, plan, usage meters.
- Child profile: name, grade, mastery, EXP, quiz history, optional LINE user id for delivery.
- Content: subjects, topics, generated questions, answers, rewards configured by the parent.
Parental consent
Creating an account requires explicit parental/guardian consent. Parents control child profiles, practice generation, and reward fulfilment. Children access practice via links and LINE; they do not create billing accounts.
How we use data
- Provide the learning tracker and practice experiences
- Generate age-appropriate AI content (subject to your plan quota)
- Deliver notifications when LINE is linked
- Operate billing, security, and abuse prevention
Sharing
We do not sell children's data. Processors may include hosting (e.g. Vercel), database, AI providers (prompts include grade/topic context), and LINE when you enable delivery.
Your rights (PDPA)
Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of account and child data by contacting support. Deleting an account removes associated students and learning records under cascade rules.
